On December 23, 2018, in order to effectively improve management thought, executive force and cohesive force of mid-to-top managers, consolidate efficient and united teams with high combat effectiveness to cope with more and more competitive social environment, Jiangsu Hualan New Pharmaceutical Material Co., Ltd organized to carry out “Training on Mid-to-top-level Managers’ Excellent Leadership” activity. Nearly 30 mid-to-top-level leaders participated in this training.
