In order to promote the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation respecting the old, on October 17th——Double Ninth Festival, Hualan started its annual consolation activity “Love in Double Ninth Festival, Care for the Elderly”to convey greetings and festival blessing to senior family members of employees, which showed the company’s care to veteran employees.
Administrative Personnel Department, on behalf of the company, sent warm blessing to the employees’ families, which enabled employees’ parents to enjoy a warm and happy Double Ninth Festival. The representatives told the elderly to take care of themselves, and required the employees to take good care of the elderly in daily life, and continue to set example for respecting the elderly to enable the elderly to be comfortable and carefree at the rest of their life.

During the whole process of consolation, the elderly were happy and expressed their gratitude to the company on sending consolation and benefits to them, and they expressed that they felt the real concern to them.
“The elderly is a special crowd worthy of our care, for they are the most loveliest persons”, the consolation activity held on the day of Double Ninth Festival is emotional, warm and has achieved great effects. In addition to the consolation activity every year, the company will also provide consolation money to elderly members (aged over 75) of the employees according to the company's general benefit system.
