Braving scorching sun, at 8:30 a.m. of August 16, Hualan NPM Shift Leaders and Group Leaders Management Ability Comprehensive Improvement Practical Special Training raised the curtain as scheduled. 49 persons of the company product department and quality department, etc. production line management posts attended the training. The teacher Yang Hua from Shenzhen Century the Strategy Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd taught them.
To guarantee the training effect, the company administrative personnel department and rubber stopper department relevant leaders finally formulated more practical and targeted training course together with the Century the Strategy advisory group through repeated communication with training result as guide. The training was carried out by grouping, allowing everyone to fast establish team feeling. In class, the teacher Yang Hua carried out training surrounding the role recognition of shift and group leaders, management of relationship with employees, communication ability, inspiration capacity and executive force, lean shift and group management and shift and group quality management, etc. several aspects going from the easy to the difficult and analyzing layer upon layer. Interesting cases and humorous languages deeply attracted each Hualan employee. Everyone actively participated in site presentation and group discussion and bravely presented their individual thoughts and then summarized their own behavior under the teacher’s comment. Especially those new employees attending this training could have courage to challenge themselves, express themselves and show themselves in the training course, allowing us to see excellent Hualan employees’ elegant demeanour.
Just two short days’ study have not given full expression to Hualan persons. They all thought that they had learnt new management skill and technology in those simple and true cases and realized there was no best but only better in the management work. They also was shocked and thought it was very beneficial in their practical work. They would apply what they had learnt in future to improve their own management ability and improve the company production site management level.
