In order to strengthen safety production management work, our company carry out halt production overhaul in the summer of each year. On August 28, the factory workshop transformation was basically finished. To guarantee safe production before commencement of work, led by the production department, Manager Meng organized check team and each department leader led each workshop director to carry out major inspection of the transformed production area.
The check team carried out equipment and safety check in rubber mixing, sulfuration, trimming, preforming, purified water and production division II, etc. workshops, mainly carefully checking the purification engineering, equipment installation, pipe installation and fire emergency exit, etc. They pointed out potential risk found during check and instructed them to correct within a definite time, realizing not to release one hidden danger, leave one dead angle and thoroughly eliminate hidden danger.
