According to 2015 company training plan arrangement and long-term development strategy requirement, in the evening of March 13, Hualan NPM phase Ⅱ business spoken English and professional English intensive training program was started officially. This training was still based on the principle of voluntary registration, with the main goal of improving spoken English applying ability. There were 40 students from each department of the company attending the first class study. To guarantee training quality, the administrative personnel department specially invited Jiangyin professional English teachers. The teaching material used for training was the personalized training courses custom-made according to the actual situation of the company and students after deeply communicating by the administrative personnel department and the teachers with students.
To guarantee the training class effect, the training was divided into fast and slow class, teaching synchronously. The teachers should make targeted teaching method according to the difference of English grasp condition fast and slow class students. The two teachers’ “vivid, simple and effective” teaching style attracted many students. Many Hualan people who didn’t enroll were eager to join in the learning team. Meanwhile, the teachers encouraged each student to communicate in English bravely in daily life and work and establish the confidence of studying English well.
The general manager Hua Yimin made request on the training. He hoped each student could grasp the learning opportunity to improve professional English application ability and contribute to the company to further explore the international market.
