On 20th Jan, the skilled employee commendation congress of Hualan of the third quarter in 2013 was held in the meeting room on the 7th floor of the admin building. President Hua Guoping, Secretary of the board Zhao Shijun attended the congress. The entire production department also attended this commendation congress.
The skilled employees are the backbone production power for the company. They are the standard and model for the new comers and the goal of hard working and the drive behind improvement for the senior workers. Yang Zhengdong, a skilled employee from the milling room, made an impressive speech on the congress. He said, “I must thank my leaders and my colleagues of the milling room for my becoming a qualified employee. My job is very ordinary, however, I never think it is humble. Because while I am earning my salary, I am also guarding for the safe drug use for thousands of patients. Maybe, among them, there are my family and friends and maybe, myself in the future. Doing my job carefully and taking it seriously equals to taking care of the fragile life with heart. In my opinion, 100 equals to one hundred 1 adding together. Stick to the simplest thing and do it to the best and after one year, this will excellence.” His words were not only encouragement to the entire staff, but a warning to some sense. He told us we should treat our work and our life with a serious attitude any time.
In the end of the meeting, Zhao Shijun, Secretary of the board made a conclusive speech and gave the skilled employees their bonuses as award.
