Exchange experience to promote progress and make concerted efforts for growth
2012 year’s department working conference of HuaLan NPM was held grandly in Chongqing Fuling factory on March 1. The department managers of Jiangyin and Chongqing summarized and reported the work of 2011, exchanged work experience and scheduled the key work of 2012 at the meeting. The chairman Hua Guoping and the general manager Hua Yimin commented on each department’s work respectively and set the request to the work of the coming year. The workshop managers and monitors of HuaLan NPM Jiangyin headquarters and Chongqing Fuling factory sat in on the meeting through video conference or onsite meeting.
After the meeting, the general manager Hua Yimin fully affirmed the work carried out in 2011 by each department and the performance they achieved. On behalf of the board of directors and shareholders, the chairman Hua Guoping expressed thanks to all staffs of the company, analyzed the tendency, the advantages and disadvantages of company development in the future 3-5 years, built a comprehensive plan for 2012 year’s work, defined objectives and mandates, and put forward the "ten requirements" to impel the HuaLan team and all HuaLan staffs to work hard and to meet new challenges with wisdom and strategies, courage and confidence.
