Formal Opening of Hualan Shares 2012 Sales Conference
At the same day, the first sales conference of Hualan shares in 2012 was convoked as planned. All sales members, members of sales service team, company directors above vice president and principals in manufacture, technology and quality departments attended the conference.
At the same time, to express gratitude to all families of sales team for their great support, the company particularly invited all sales representatives to go with their families and participate into the sightseeing activity in the dinosaur park. The conference is held by sales assistant of the chairman of board, Liu Changshou. First, he made a detailed statement on the formulation of this year's sales policy (draft), later all vice presidents gave valuable opinions in terms of policy supplement and this year's sales work. Then, president Hua Yimin delivered a directive speech on this year's sales work.
Finally, the chairman of board made a general speech on 2012 annual arrangement of marketing strategy.
He stressed: now we are almost confronted with a war, so it is necessary to plot and arrange prior to the fighting. Plan well, make proper arrangement first, then fight a good fight. The year 2012 is critical in the development history of company. Especially under current economic environments when market competition is so intense, "Order is the achievement; loan is the basis " shall be taken as directive principle of this year's sales work.
On Hualan's brand power, production capacity and customer resources accumulated for years, plus a correct directive policy and an arduous sales team, I believe that we can accomplish the sales task demanded by the company!
The curtain falls in violent applause; in the afternoon, all participating members gathered with the families of sales representatives and had lunch together.
