On November 23, 2010, Hualan shares held the sixth meeting of the first Board of in Fuling ,Chongqing. Before the meeting, the chairman accompanied with all Directors,visited production site of Fuling factory ,and temporarily decided to convene a management staff meeting which fully affirmed all the expand production work of Fuling factory after "6.22" , highly appreciated diligent Hualan people under the leadership of chairman Hua Guoping.
