Mr. Li Donghai as team leader of the Discipline Inspection Group for the State Food and Drug Administration to the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the CPC visited Hualan for inspection and guidance on the morning of Mar 10, 2010 accompanied by directors and leaders of Jiang Su SFDA and Jiangyin SFDA.
Mr. Li Donghai and the group visited our Sample Exhibition Hall, Culture Exhibition Hall, Production Area and factory appearance. During their visit, President Hua gives them a brief introduction of our current production status, development strategies and development goals. Mr. Li asked President Hua about some questions such as business situation of the past year and our existing market position, and President Hua answered one by one.
On the subsequent symposium, Mr. Li and President Hua exchanged their views on the Sanlu Scandal and Harbin Pharmaceutical Event. Mr. Li said the two events brought a crushing blow to domestic pharmaceutical industry, any enterprise should operate with honesty, complied with industry norms and disciplinary rules, established fair and transparent supervision & control system and completely eradicated illicit competition in the industry in order to really achieve thebenefit of the people. And afterwards, Mi. Li made inquiries about the fact that we were ready to expand into capital market. President Hua expressed: so far, we had entered the listing guidance period, to seek financing by listing on the stock market was not our real goal but to establish a normative modern enterprise system by means of listing on the stock market in order to break through the limitation of post - family management, break the bottleneck in the development of private enterprise, really realize sustainable development, build a century-old enterprise stamped with Chinese characteristics and take the permanent responsibility for pharmaceutical safety as our permanent responsibilities.
Finally, our president Mr. Hua Guoping gave a detailed presentation on the issue -- "some butyl rubber stopper on current pharmaceutical packaging material market has unstable quality". President Hua explained existing problems and potential social harm of ordinary butyl rubber stoppers used for antibiotics, cefradine preparations and transfusions for treatment. Hualan had strict quality control and a zero-tolerance policy under the concept of "Hualan products equal to pharmaceuticals", which are trusted by the user with unanimous praise. Besides, he also introduced butyl compound film rubber stopper -- a hi-tech product developed by Hualan to satisfy market demand; and appealed pharmaceutical enterprises should put social responsibilities the first.
After the report of President Hua, Mr. Li Donghai expressed Hualan, with its strong sense of responsibility for society, the industry and the users as well as its tireless efforts for the establishment of an honest enterprise, can be a true example of the pharmaceutical industry. He emphasized, any enterprise should comply with all legal rules and regulations in relation to pharmaceutical packaging materials in order to guarantee pharmaceutical quality and people's medication security. Hualan's company culture and employee training had made model in this industry. Constant technical innovation had brought strong driving force for development and expansion of the company. Besides, he hoped Hulan could be an enterprise with strong sense of responsibility for the society, keep on trying best on technological upgrading and technical innovation and go further and healthier.
