At 9:00 a.m. on March 26, Hualan NPM organized blood donation activities together with Jiangyin Red Cross Blood Center. It is the third consecutive year that the company organized blood donation activities. After the activity initiative was issued, the majority of employees learned that the blood stock was tight, and they actively signed up & participated in it. They had already made it a habit to donate blood without compensation. This time, a total of 33 employees successfully donated blood, the amount of blood donation reached 10,400 ml. Over the past three years, more than 100 Hualan employees have participated in blood donation, with a total blood donation up to 21,800 ml.
On the day of the activity, the blood donation vehicle of Jiangyin Red Cross Blood Center had just stopped, and several employees of the company had lined up in a neat line for blood donation. In the team, there were old employees who had been working for many years and the ones with new faces who had not been working for long. Under the guidance of the blood station staff, each link such as filling in the form, physical examination, blood test and blood collection were carried out in an orderly manner. After donating blood, many employees went back to work directly without rest. They passed on their love with their practical actions and contributed to the public welfare cause of unpaid blood donation.
Just like little drops of water make the mighty ocean, every drop of warm blood interprets love. Hualan NPM has regularized and normalized the voluntary blood donation activities, internalized them into an important part of corporate culture construction to arouse more social people to join in the voluntary blood donation activities, and promote the whole society to establish a new social tendency of retrieving the dying or rescuing the wounded.
